A HIGH PRECISION MEASUREMENT OF PHASE DISTRIBUTION FOR LASER FIELDS

Abstract:
The phase distribution of laser fields is measured by displacement process. The precision of measurement is within 1.5°. This method is also available for undontact measurement of precision optical elements.
