Materials protection technology has been widely applied in power generation industry in recent years.A novel high temperature composite coating,i.e.,advanced wear and corrosion resistant material and technology,was introduced in this paper,in terms of material composition,processing,properties as well as application in developed countries.Wide applications are expected in power generation industry in China.
