OPTIMIZATION OF THICKENING AGENT FOR ZINC-CHROME COATING

For preparation of one imported zinc-chrome coating, the dissolve of its thickening agent should be conducted at certain elevated temperatues. We use the industrial grade thickening agent which domestically produced and can be dissolved at ambient temperatare to substitute the imported product. By comparision of the stability of the paint and surface quality of the coating , it follows that the coating is qualified and has very good application value.
