DESIGN OF POLARIZING DEVICES BASED ON THE BINARY GRATING DIFFRACTION
二元衍射光栅式偏光器件的设计

Based on the effect of double refraction and diffraction,we designed symmetric and unsymmetric polarizing beam splitters and polarizers with a birefringent material.The devices are in the form of tramsmission multilevel binary phase grating.We described how the parameters of grating influence on the performance and the advantages of these devices are also shown.
