Abstract:
Objective To investigate the value of the conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in the monitoring of non-operative treatment of liver and/or spleen trauma. Methods Sixty-six patients with liver and/or spleen trauma received non-operative management were observed dynamically by conventional ultrasound and CEUS in 2 weeks, including 46 patients treated with conservative treatment and 20 patients treated with ultrasound-guided minimally invasive local injection.
