BEAM SHAPE OF THE MICROSHIP Cr:LiSAF LASER
微型Cr:LiSAF激光器中泵浦光与输出光光斑形状的测量

The design of the microship Cr:LiSAF laser,with the output power 55mW,is reported.Both the beam spots and profiles of pump source and laser output at different positions are studied.It is also analysed the therolens effects in this laser.
