THE DESIGN OF CUBIC CHIRPED FIBER GRATINGS AND ITS APPLICATIONS

Abstract:
A new cubic chirped fiber grating is designed to compensate for nonlinear chirp induced by directly modulated semiconductor lasers.Compared with a linear chirped fiber grating,it can almost compensate for this kind of nonlinear chirp.
