THE MUTATION BREEDING OF STREPTOMYCES ERYTHREUS USING He-Ne LASER
氦氖激光辐照红霉素链霉菌诱变育种的研究

The effects of mutation on the spora and protoplast of strepfomyces erythreus were studied by He Ne laser.High yielding strain of erythromycin was also obtained,which increase the unit of fermentation by about 27 2% higher than that of the control.And the esterase isoenzyme patterns of mutants were also studied by polyacrolamide gel electrophoresis.
