ELECTROCHEMICAL CORROSION OF 27SiMn LOW-ALLOY STEEL IN ANTHRACITE WITH DIFFERENT MINE WATER CONTENTS
|
Abstract:
A mixture of anthracite, mine water and mine gas is a corrosion medium. The contents of mine water and the particle size of anthracite in the experiment were prepared to simulate actual environment in anthracite mine. The electrochemical corrosion behavior of 27SiMn low-alloy steel in four anthracite samples with 10%,15%,20% and 30%(mass.) mine water respectively was studied by measuring polarization curves. The results show that when the mine water content is higher than 15%,the corrosion of 27SiMn low-alloy steel is more serious than that in mine water only;and when the mine water content amounts to 20% the galvanic current density reaches the maximum.
