With the development of modern electronic technology,the CCD video camera and the image processing technology are improced at very fast speed.All that are advantageous for video analyzes.And now a image processing system is put forward,it is composed of CCD video camera,A/D commutation,CDW ROM and computer.This paper mainly discusses the system includes CCD video camera,CA MPE 1000 image capture card,computer and some assistant hardware.The system implements the image capture and processing.The CCD video camera captures the images that will be analyzed,the image capture card covert them into digital signals digital images .Store the digital images in EMS memory,the computer processes the data according to our demand.
