Evaluation on therapeutic effects of interventional treatment in 468 patients with hepatic cyst by ultrasound

Abstract:
Objective To discuss efficacy and complication in the treatment of hepatic cysts with different methods of alcohol by ultrasound.Methods A total of 468 cases were classified into 2 groups including 230 cases in traditional group and 238 cases in irrigation group who were followed up with 12 months after operation.Results In traditional group,the recovery rates were 75.0% and 90.8% in irrigation group with significant difference within 12 months(P0.01).But no difference was found in the cyst 10 cm.The obvious effect rate was significant different(P0.05).Conclusion Absolute alcohol irrigation for treatment of cysts in the liver by ultrasound is a short-term therapy with high efficacy and low complication.
