According to the optical characteristics of power output, presentting elliptic light spot, spectrum properties, polarization and other special properties of lifetime,temperature etc. For laser diode, some peculiar designs for laser diode system are discussed in this paper . The emphasis are put on the study of output power stabilization, effiptic light beam circliza tion and collimation of laser diode.
