Abstract:
The sensor for measuring rotary displa cement is reported in this poper whichuses fiber-optical components and retro-re flective optical triangulation technique.The disp-lacement is linear function about somes tin1es between light plsus obtained from retro-reflection aed iede pendent with rotacy speed in th eory.The measorbgregion from 7 to 34mm in which relative error is less than 1%was reached in experiment This sensor has advantage of simple structure,wide measureme nt and linear.The paper discused its applicatton in gererator and other ptace too.
