Abstract:

近几年来，用垂直沉积法制备胶体晶体得到了人们的广泛关注。用乙醇水溶液为溶剂，用垂直沉积法制备了二氧化硅胶体晶体薄膜。用这种方法一次制备的样品厚度可达20微米以上，并且将较大微球组装成了有序性较好的胶体晶体薄膜。用扫描电镜（SEM）和光学方法检测了样品的质量和厚度。
