FULL-WAVE ANALYSIS OF ELECTROOPTIC MODULATOR STRUCTURES

Abstract:
In this paper,the application of FDTD method to the propagation characterization of electrooptic modulator structures is demonstrated,and the moving absorbing boundary condition and autoregressive model are first proposed to approve the computation accuracy and efficiency of the FDTD method.Test results indicate the important relationship of the structure parameters and the characterization of electrooptic modulators.
