GRAY SPATIAL SOLITONS OF HIGHA-INTENSITY AND SATURATION REGIME IN PHOTOREFRACTIVE MEDIA

Based on the Kukhtarav model,the nonlinear wave equations for highintensity and saturation regime gray spatial soliton in photorefractive media are derived and integrated numerically.The characteristics of the propagation constant of these self trapped optical beams are discussed.We also give a comparison of the intensity profieles between gray solitons and dark solitons.
