PRINCIPLE AND PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF LOYT DEPOLARIZER
Loyt光纤消偏器的原理及性能分析

In this paper,the principle of Loyt depolarizer and the relationship between the structure parameters and the performance of Loyt depolarizer are both theoretically analysed with the help of coherence matrix. Result indicates that the angle error and the length error are main factors affecting the performance of a Loyt depolarizer. Based on the conclusion,the way to improve a Loyt depolarizer is presented.
