Abstract:
The corrosion inhibition of bamboo leaves extractive for carbon steel in H2SO4 solutions and the synergistic effect of potassium iodide with the bamboo leaves extractive were investigated by using polarization curves measurement and weight-loss method.The results showed that 0.1 g/mL bamboo leaves extractive showed an excellent corrosion inhibition efficiency for carbon steel in 15% sulfuric acid solution.And the inhibition efficiency increased significantly when potassium iodide was added in the solution t...
