OPTICAL FOCAL PLANE ASSEMBLY OF LINEAR CCD REMOTE RECONNAISANCE SYSTEMS
|
Abstract:
CCD image sensors are been applying extensively in the sensory measurement of optic signal. They have some advantages such as the high sensitivity, the compact structure, the accurate -position of pixels and the self-scanning function. It has the original superiority especially in mapping and resource exploiting, in which the CCD camera systems are assembled in remotely piloted vehicles (RPV) and used for remote measurement. The efficiency and accurate of the reconnaisance are improved by a modern reconnaisance method which obtains a great amount of efficient information by expending litter cost, so it has good prospect. It is recorded that the most pixel numbers of a piece of linear CCD device is about 6000 at present, and it is necessary to develop the CCD photoelectricity sensors with higher integration and more pixel numbers in order to meet the needs of high resolution and large view. It is difficult to finish the design plan in a short period because of the influence factors due to the limit of the material and technology, and the shortcut to solve this problem at present is to realize the optical focal plane assembly by using CCD devices which are available to obtain high resolution and large view. This paper elaborates the optical assembly principle of CCD image sensors, the technical demands and the choice of scheme of optical assembly, and it also introduced the advantages of this optical assembly scheme, the method of test and assemblage, and the result of optical assembly. The optical assembly of two pieces of TCD106C linear CCD sensors is brought to success at last.
