STRUCTURE STUDY OF CHALCOGENIDE GLASSES BY RMC COMPUTER SIMULATION METHOD

RMC (Reverse Monte Carlo) computer simulation method was used to study the structure of As-Ge-Te chalcogenide glasses based on the structure information of XRD results. Structure information and characters of glasses were obtained. RMC was proved to be an efficient method on the Structure study of chalcogenide glasses.
