CORROSION FAILURE ANALYSIS OF COLD OIL TEE PIPE
加氢精制装置冷油三通裂纹原因分析

The corrosion failure analysis of cold oil tee pipe for hydrogen reactor of Cangzhou Petrochemical Company SINOPEC was carried out. The analysis showed that fluctuation of temperature caused the cracking of cold oil tee pipe. The hydrogen sulfide enhanced the corrosion velocity. Such cracking can be avoided by improvement of design of the tee pipe.
