ANALYSIS OF PERFORATION OF AN ELBOW OF HEATER FOR DELAYED COKER
延迟焦化装置焦化炉辐射出口弯头穿孔原因分析

The perforation of an elbow of heater in delayed coker in Oil Refinery of Liaoyang Petrochmical Company has been investigated by using OM,SEM,XRD.The perforation may mainly be resulted from high temperature erosion-corrosion of the elbow by fluids.Prevention measures for perforation of the elbow are proposed.
