DEVELOPMENT OF AZO-TYPED PHOTOCONDUCTOR
偶氮类光电导材料研究进展

The paper briefly reviewed the developing history, classification and photoconductive mecha-nism of azo photoconductive materials (APM). The intrinsic nature of photoelectronic movement in APM was discussed using the concept of intra- and inter-molecular charge transfer. The development trends of azo-typed photoreceptors were analyzed as well.
