EFFECTS OF ADDITIVE SiO_2 IN VARISTOR CERAMICS BASED ON ZnO-Bi_2O_3-Sb_2O_3-BaO SYSTEM
SiO2在ZnO—Bi2O3—Sb2O3—BaO系压敏陶瓷中的作用

The effects of additive SiO2 in the varistor ceramics based on ZnO-Bi2O3-Sb203-BaO system are great different apparently from that based on ZnO-Bi2O3-Sb2O3 sysrem. By measurements and analyses of V-I characteristics, complex impedance plots and complex capacitance plots, a fundamental reason for the effects of additive SiO2 on the electrical properties in the varistor ceramics based on ZnO-Bi2O3-Sb2O3-BaO system has been understood in deep layer.
