COLD-WORKING AND ANNEALING PROCESS FOR CERAMIC MATERIALS

The recently developed post-densification cold-working and annealing process for ceramic materials,the controlled-fracture forming process is reviewed,and the emphasis is taken to elucidate the history,and the theoretical and experimental fundament of the present process.Meanwhile,the applications of the novel process are illustrated together with the discussion on its future developments.
