Abstract:

Pb(Zn1 /3Nb2/3)O3 ceramics were prepared by the mixed-sintering method. The phase structure and dielectric-temperature behavior was studied. The results revealed that two starting constituent phases coexist in ceramics sintered at lower temperature, and the dielectric temperature behavior was improved by this diphasic composite structure. A temperature-stable PZN composite ceramics with high dielectric constant and X7S temperature behavior was successfully obtained through adiusting compositions and processing conditions.
