Abstract:
The complexes of (Eu3+, Tb3+) with 1,10-phenanthroline (Phen) may be decom posed in aqueous solutions, and thus can not be doped in gel glasses prepared by a traditional sol-gel process. Using in-situ synthesis technique, homogeneous silica gel glasses d
