THE FRACTAL ANALYSIS OF FATIGUE FRACTURES IN DUAL-PHASE STEELS
双相钢疲劳断口的分形分析

The relationship between fatigue crack propagation thresholdvalue and the fractal dimension as well as roughness of near-threshold fract-ure surface has been studied in this paper.It was shown that the fractaldimension is closely associated with the fracture surface roughness.A linearvariation of threshold value with the fractal dimension was obtained.The fr-actal dimension,threshold value and roughness were all found to vary parab-olically with martensite content.
