OPTICAL RESPONSE PROPERTY OF La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 CMR THIN FILM
La0.67Sr0.33MnO3薄膜光响应特性研究

Pulsed laser induced transient resistivity change for perovskite manganite La 0.67 Sr 0.33 MnO 3 thin film has been studied under different electric field and temperature field. The results show that the resistivity of the film decreases above Tc (Curie temperature) and increases below Tc while irradiated by pulsed laser. The possible mechanism for the observed phenomena has been discussed.
