ON THE TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCES OF RESISTANCE OF AMORPHOUS Ni-BASED ALLOYS WITH RICH METALLOIDS

By measuring the temperature dependances of resistance of amorphous Ni72-xSi15B13+x(x=0,2,4,6,8) alloys, it has been found that there is a linear relationship of the resistance with temperature above room-temperature, and the room temperature resistivity
