THE PIEZOELECTRIC AND DIELECTRIC BEHAVIOR OF PMN-PT CERAMICS ACROSS THE MORPHOTROPIC BOUNDARY

The piezoelectric and dielectric behavior were studied in PMN-PT system across the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB). In the region of the MPB, high dielectric and piezoelectric characters were obtained, d33 = 367pC. N-1, kp= 46%. And the relative fraction of tetragonal phase was estimated by XRD method.
