PREPARATION OF MONODISPERSE POLYSTYRENE PARTICLES
单分散聚苯乙烯微球的制备

The monodisperse polystyrene particles were prepared by free radical dispersion polymerization. The particle size and size distribution were determined by using scanning electron microscope. The results indicated that the solvency of the medium affects both particle size and size distribution, and the size increases first and then decreases as the solvency of the medium increases.Increasing initiator concentration resulted in the increase of both particle size and size diStribution.
