BN纤维补强ZrO_2材料的显微结构

Microstructure and character of interface in BN fibre reinforced ZrO_2 havebeen studied.A diffusive zone exists between BN and matrix ZrO_2.In composite the BN ispresent in the form of polycrystals,Y_2O_3 and SiO_2 have diffused in BN and form glassyphase.At grain boundaries of ZrO_2 appear tiny BN crystals,in which there are edge dislo-cations and antiphase domains.However,the ZrO_2 adjacent with BN still remainstetragonal phase.
