REACTION OF SILANE COUPLING AGENTS/SiO_2 INTERFACE WITH EPOXY MATRIX
硅烷偶联剂/SiO_2与环氧树脂基体的界面反应

The reaction between silane coupling agent/SiO_2 and epoxy resin withoutcuring agents has been studied by means of FT-IR and XPS.Bothr-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(r-APS)and r-sulfhydrylpropyltrimethoxysilane(r-SPS)on SiO_2 can react with epoxy resin.However,r-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(r-MPS)on SiO_2 can not react with epoxy resin.The chemical structures before and afterreaction have been characterized on the molecular level and the possible reaction mecha-nisms have also been proposed.
