THE VARIATION OF THE DISLOCATION DENSITY AND DISLOCATION PARAMETER IN RE-Al-Zn-Mg ALLOYS DURING SUPERPLASTIC DEFORMATION
RE-Al-Zn-Mg 合金超塑变形中位错密度及位错组态的变化

The variations of the average density of dislocation and its distribution paramet-er in Al-Zn-Mg alloys(contain rare-earth or not)during superplastic deformation are investi-gated using linear anaylysis of X-ray diffraction method.The effect of dynamic recrystallizationand formation of cavity on them is discussed,and the effect of rare-earth on superplasticity isdiscussed as well.
