STUDIES OF PERFORMANCES ON NANOCRYSTALLINE ZnFe_2O_4
|
Abstract:
anocrystalline ZnFe2O4 have been prepared by the PEG gel method and their structure and magnetic properties were examined by the X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy. It was shown that prepared samples have a single-sprinel structure and are spheric which particel sizes are 10.0, 12.2, 27.5 and 44.0 nm. The experimental results have shown the particle size increases with the calcining temperature and time. Densities of samples reduces with particle size decreasing at 1.0 GPa. Magnetic properties were measured by magnetic balance. It was found that ZnFe2O4 nanocrystal is magnetic at room temperature. It's magnetisability decreases and magnetization increases with magnetic intensity increasing. The IR spectra of the samples broadened and splited variously.
