EFFECT OF Zr AND V ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF MACHINABLE REPM

Abstract:
The effects of Zr and V on microstructure and magneticproperties of machinable REPM were studied.Experimental results show thatcoexistance of Zr and V in Sm(Cu Fe Co)_z alloy can greatly improve the H_(CB)without decrease of Br,so that a machinable REPM which its(BH)_(mex) ismore than 99kJ/m~3,can be truned and drilled by hard-metal tools,and cut intothin slices of 0.2mm by means of slicer.
