Abstract:

A scheme is proposed for implementing a controlled-NOT gate via superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) in cavity-QED. The controlled-NOT gate can be achieved by coupling the SQUID to a single-mode microwave cavity field or classical microwave pluses. The scheme may beexperimentally realizable.
