Organic Multi-Layer White LEDs *
|
Abstract:
Organic white LEDs are fabricated by using blue fluorescent Phenylpyridine Beryllium (BePP\-2), orange fluorescent rubrene, green fluorescent Aluminum complex (Alq\-3) as three primary\|color dyes. Diamine derivative is used as hole\|transporting material. The C.I.E coordinates of organic white LEDs are (0\^33,0\^36) at 7V, approaching the equal\|energy white point (0\^33,0\^33). At the applied voltage of 17V, the luminance of the device is up to 3000cd/m\+2 and luminous efficiency is about 0\^3lm/W.
