Broadband Model of GaAs Triple Gates MESFET
|
Abstract:
A model of switch using GaAs triple-gates MESFET is described.Based on the structure of the triple gates MESFET and the effect of the gate to RF transmitting,the model is suitable for MMIC design with broad frequency characteristic.The simulation and measurement results are in excellent agreement with each other.
