Luminescence of Si-Based C60 Mesoporous Compound Material
C_(60)/硅基介孔复合物的发光研究

The mesoporous compound materials of C 60 adjacent to porous silicon or Si based nanoporous alumina are fabricated and characterized by using the photoluminescence(PL) and photoluminescence excitation(PLE)spectra.It is observed that the deposition of C 60 can affect the PL spectra of porous silicon,can affect while C 60 has no effect on the PL spectra of Si based nanoporous alumina,as can be explained with the luminescence mechanism of the Si based porous materials.
