Design and Numerical Analysis of Anti-Reflection Coating for Space High-Efficiency Si Solar Cells

Abstract:
According to AM0 solar spectrum,antireflection coatings of space Si solar cel ls are designed and analysed.When reflection coefficient is the lowest,the opti mal thickness of coating is obtained. The influence of coating thickness vari ation on reflection coefficient is discussed. SiO 2(94nm)/TiO 2(60nm) double layer antireflection coating with passivating coating is optimized. After optim izing,short-circuit current and efficiency are improved by 2.1% and 1.4%,res pectively.
