Mode Absorption Loss of Dielectric Waveguide with 1/ch~2 Cross-Section
1/ch~2界面介质光波导的模吸收损耗

By using the differentiation method on the mode equation of the 1/ch~2 cross-section dielectric waveguide, the expression of the mode absorption loss coefficient is derived.The computed results for SiO_2/GaAs/AlGaAs waveguides are performed and the relative errors are discussed.
