Circuit Model for TW Semiconductor Laser Amplifiers

Basing on multi longitudinal mode rate equations of laser and under the some assumptions,a complete circuit model for TW SLA is presented.This model can be used for simulating single device or OEIC with TW SLA.To test the model,a comparison with the previous report result has be done.
