Organic Conductive Films Filled by Carbon Nanotubes/Graphite
|
Abstract:
The fabrication of organic conductive films filled with carbon nanotubes/graphite and the influence of their constitution and treat conditions on the conductivity are presented.Based on experiments,it is found that the organic conductive films are of the best electronic and mechanical properties with the ratios of carbon nanotubes to graphite and organic polymer to conductive substance ranging from 1/7 to 1/4 and from 27 6/72 4 to 32 4/67 6 respectively, and in some conditions, they occur negative temperature coefficient.A formula of current density of the organic conductive films can be derived from multiple layers structure model, whose theoretical value agress with experimental results very well.
