Study on the Annealing of Cd_(1-x) Zn_x Te Alloys
Cd1-xZnxTe合金的退火研究

The effect o f Cd-annealing on Cd 1-x Zn x Te alloys is studied by using IR transmission and micro-Raman spectroscopy.It shows that the IR transmittance is sensitive to the large size Te precipitates,while the Raman scattering can dete ct the small size Te precipitates.Via Cd-annealing,the large size Te precipita tes can significantly reduced under appropriate conditions,but it is quite diffi cult to eliminate the small size Te precipitates in the wafers.
