Thermal Simulation of Ridge-GaN Laser Diode
脊形结构GaN蓝光激光器的热模拟分析

Thermal characteristics of GaN lasers are analyzed with a two-dimensional time-independent thermal conduction model.The maximum temperature of active region under continuous operation conditions is also calculated.It shows that different substrates and configurations is important to improve the temperature characteristics of GaN laser diodes.
