The results of computer simulation for stable characteristics and transient response of aCCTS bistable DH laser which is applied by the crosswise light injection or the axial injectionare reported.The characteristics of light-switching and light-amplification at stable-state, andan output pulsation of chaos at weak incident light intensity,an approximately single peak withfast damped oscillation at strong light intensity and an ordinary delay process at stronger in-cident light intensity at transient response are obtained.
