A Method of Shadow Elimination for Moving Vehicle Based on Morphology
一种基于形态学的运动车辆阴影消除方法

This paper presents a method of shadow elimina- tion for moving vehicles based on morphology.In terms of the geometry figure of foreground which contains both vehicle and shadow,the method,which does not need the information of color,edge,texture,vehicle model,or physical model,can effec- tively distinguish not only vehicle and shadow,but also vehicles occluding with each other.The results verify that the method is reliable,and its computation cost satisfies real-time demand.
