Hierarchical Multiobjective Planning for Regional Water-Environment-Economy System

In this paper, the authors propose an interactive trale-off hierachical optimization algorithm for the multisubregional multiobjective water-environment-economy planning 1], which is based on the water quality planning of river system. The simulation example of a waterenvironment-economy system containing two subregions and five sewage centralized treatment plants is given to show the effectiveness of this algorithm.
